Shipping Policies

Upon confirmation of payment details, you'll receive a Viber or text message to confirm your delivery details.

For Same Day Shipping:

Same day shipping will be processed via Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy whichever responds first. Kindly anticipate delivery once shipping details have been confirmed. Cutoff is at 3pm.

For Pickup:

Kindly make sure we have confirmed your payment before sending your rider or representative. We are an e-commerce store/fulfillment store and have no physical shop to browse through.

Please make sure your shipping details match the ones on the rider app. This is the only way we can make sure your rider will receive the correct items. Kindly inform your rider of your order number as well. 

For JRS, J&T, LBC Shipping:

Schedule for JRS/J&T/LBC processing of shipments is once every week. Please be on standby if shipping rates change due to volume / dimensional shipping rates. 

The cost for shipping is based on weight, package size and valuation of the couriers. Should the shipping rate exceed your chosen shipping rate, we will send a message with your corresponding additional shipping cost.

Please note that diapers will delivered to the province via our Lazada or Shopee store as it's more cost-effective for shoppers.

For Lazada and Shopee orders:

Kindly note we have no control over pickup or delivery details of Lazada or Shopee. We do, however, pack your items from 8am to 11am. Orders made after 8 am may be shipped out the next day. 

For change of delivery addresses and requests specific day of delivery, please address these concerns to Lazada or Shopee customer support.

Why ship via own courier if you have Lazada/Shopee?

The website was built to cater to parents who are in need of same day delivery services and for those that Lazada and Shopee cannot ship to.

It can be also be more economical if you are ordering more than the usual or transporting liquids like bottle liquid soaps, liquid cleaners, or bulky items like diapers.

Most importantly, the website caters to new parents with emergency needs like teething gel or teethers for a newly erupted baby tooth, low supply of diapers, and of course, because of general community quarantine or GCQ.
